Business design and implementation. We work out how one important part of your company should operate, then build that. The person who works out what should happen is the person who builds it.

Not sure which door is yours
If you can already name the result you want and the problem is getting it built, go straight to L’Atelier. If the result itself is still fuzzy, start with The Studio: the €750 comes off the price of the build if you go on to one.
The price is agreed in conversation, because the scope is. What is fixed is the form: a written scope, a cap on hours, a stated rate for anything beyond it, two counted iterations, and hours you can see. You will never get an open-ended bill.
Both, on purpose. It is installed on your live work with you and your team in the room, on your own systems, so the people who will run it have already run it once. The reasoning is written down so it outlives the software it happens to sit on.
