Flavie Berleand · Business designer · House of Her

I design how your business runs, so it doesn’t all keep coming back to you.

For established founders who are still the person everyone comes back to. “Where’s the latest version?” “What did we decide?” “Can you just check this?” I look at why those things keep coming back to you, how that part of the business should work, and then we build it with you in the room. AI comes in when it actually helps.

What I do

Design first. Then choose what the work needs.

DesignWe map the job itself: what starts it, what “done” looks like, who checks it, where the result goes, what happens when something changes.
BuildOn your real work, with you in the room, so it matches how your business actually runs.
TrainYour team learns to run it and change it. The reasoning is written down and stays with you.
AIChosen after the design, for the jobs where it helps. Some of the best fixes have none.

Where it shows

Everything works.
As long as you are the one everyone comes back to.

“Where’s the latest version?”

It exists. Somewhere. In a folder, a thread, a message. The person who knows which one is you.

“What did we decide last time?”

You did decide. It lives in your memory, so it gets asked again.

“Can you just check this?”

It is a small thing. It still waits for you, because nobody wrote down what “good” looks like.

Sometimes everybody is perfectly capable. You’re just still the person who knows.

How it works

When I look at a business, I look at it a lot like a floor plan.

What has to connect? What has to carry the weight? Where does everyone keep having to walk back through the same room? That’s the part I design.

01

Understand

Before any software: a long series of questions about how your business actually decides things. Who the client is. What wins when two documents disagree. What your right hand means when she says a thing is good.

02

Design

We map the job itself: what starts it, what “done” looks like, who checks it, where the result goes, what happens when something changes. Written down before anything is built.

03

Build, with you in the room

On your machines, on your live work. Your team is trained before I leave, and the reasoning is documented so it survives a change of software.

“This isn’t just a little AI lesson about how to use it. This is how you can really take it in a direction you’re going to want to go.”
Brooks Moore, COO of Bonnemaison Inc., in the middle of the second working session

Client wins

What do clients say after working with Flavie?

Flavie rocked my world. I was dealing with assistants, they were wonderful, but nobody can be faster than artificial intelligence. To have automated notes telling you what to do, what are the most important emails, all these details, it’s phenomenal. The brilliance of this is how she caters it for you.”

Mari Bonnemaison

CEO, Bonnemaison Inc. · twelve roles designed and installed, nine in daily use

Her email sequence read like everyone else’s. We went back to the emails she wrote before 2022, where her voice still lived, and built a 43-page brand document from them. Her AI now writes like her. The quiz funnel we built together launched at a business expo in June.

Founder · brand voice and quiz funnel

One Instagram automation, designed and installed in a single working session: comment on a reel, get the link, register. 110 registrations for her Professional Beauty webinar. Built once. Still running.

Work with me

Two ways in, depending on what you already know.

Start with what is already clear in your head. The route follows from there.

You know something is wrong

The Studio

A working session on your real material, and a written audit that says what to change first, what to leave alone, and where AI has no business being. You keep it whether we go further or not.

You know the outcome you want

L’Atelier

We work out how that part of your company should operate, build it with you in the room, and hand it over with the reasoning written down. Your team runs it afterwards.

Meet Flavie

17 years inside corporate. Now I design how yours runs.

Inside companies where a change to a system reached a process, the process reached a team, and the team reached the customer. Nobody in that chain ever got to treat their piece as separate. That is still how I look at a business, and it is why I ask about the spreadsheet before I ask about the software.

I left corporate because I wanted ambition and a life at the same time. I collect my children from school at four. The business was designed around that on purpose, which is the same work I do for the founders who hire me.

Tell me about the part that keeps coming back to you.

Three lines are enough. You do not have to turn it into a tidy brief first: working out what it actually needs to be is the job. I read every message myself.
